Purchases will appear on your credit/debit card statement as “Pangea Money Transfer”. You agree not to file a credit card or debit card chargeback with regards to any purchase made on the website but instead try to resolve the issue with the service provider -

The SawaPay Service is intended to allow Senders to send money remittances, mobile reloads, or bill payments around the world. We recommend that Senders use the Service only to send money, pay bills, or mobile reloads to and for people they know personally, such as family and friends. Customers should never use the Service to send requests or money to strangers.

SawaPay does not process money transfers, but facilitates the access for its customers to other sending money platforms and processors. Money transmission services are provided exclusively by Pangea USA, LLC, a licensed and registered money transmitter under applicable state and federal laws.

SawaPay makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the transactions are processed in a timely manner, but SawaPay makes no representations or warranties regarding the time needed to complete the transaction.

SawaPay is also not responsible for any loss or damage of any kind that occurs as a result of the use of a money transfer processor. We take all precautionary measures to keep your data safe and we request the same security measures from our partners too.

When using SawaPay you agree that you use the service at your own sole risk and that SawaPay is not responsible and can not be held liable for any system errors, money transfers delays, inaccuracies, errors, omissions, not favorable exchange money values, canceled or voided transactions or anything related to the sending or receiving money process.

Exchange Rate

For any money transfer transaction (other than US dollars), a retail exchange rate may be applied in addition to the Transfer Fee. The exchange rate displayed is only guaranteed for a limited time. If you make a transaction outside this time period, the rate may change, in which case you will have to confirm a new applicable exchange rate prior to providing payment for the transaction. For each transaction, the exchange rate and Receiving Amount that you confirm will be maintained for that specific Transaction only, regardless of the specific day on which the funds are picked up or are made available for the Receiver.

When using the SawaPay service made available through this website, you agree to the following amount restrictions for both you as a Sender, and your family or friends acting as the Receiver:

You are responsible for our reasonable costs and losses if we make a Money Transfer and we are unable to collect payment for the Money Transfer from your Debit Card or Bank Account, or that payment is later reversed by your card provider. If you submit a Transaction that results in us being charged non-sufficient fund fees, chargeback fees, or other similar fees, you agree to reimburse us for all such fees.
